PANG undertakes research on globalisation issues as they face the Pacific. Our current focus is on the potential impacts of free trade agreements between the Pacific and developed country trading partners – particularly the European Union, Australia and New Zealand.

PANG hopes to disseminate this information as widely as possible.  We believe informing the Pacific community is vital to ensuring trade negotiations are truly inclusive and democratic.  All research undertaken by PANG is aimed at use by civil society organisations, students and educators, policy makers and trade officials.
